What do I need for my tax appointment?

• Copy of last 2 years tax returns (only if new client)
• Driver’s license
• Any tax documents for the year

How do I track my tax return refund status?

You can check the status of your refund by using this link: https://www.irs.gov/wheres-my-refund

I’m a new business client, what information do you need for onboarding?

• Copy of last 2 years tax returns (only if new client) Including all basis and depreciation schedules
• Current bookkeeping file, or online access (Quickbooks, etc)
• Bank account/credit card account access (for statement downloading, etc)
• Incorporation/formation documents IRS EIN Letter • Copies of S-election (if an S-Corp)

How do I gain access to the client portal?

An invite will be sent to you from our office via email. If you don’t receive an email, please reach out to us for assistance Once you setup your account, you can login here: bgllc.smartvault.com

How do I send you documents?

We prefer any documents to be sent securely through the client portal. You can also send via email or fax if needed.
